What is requested
Forms ask for name, email, phone and the reason for the inquiry. The owner request also asks for property type, transaction, location, an optional estimated price and a description.
Identity documents, bank statements and confidential banking information should not be sent.
How it is used
Data is used to answer the request. The message goes to the administration mailbox already configured in WordPress. The firm’s public email still needs to be confirmed.
Submission requires a consent checkbox. Contact Form 7 applies its validation and basic spam filter. No external captcha is configured.
Retention
Messages remain in the recipient’s mailbox and, if the host logs them, in technical site logs. The firm will set the retention period.
