I am Ivette Franceschi, an attorney and licensed real estate broker in the Republic of Panama. My practice brings together legal knowledge, banking experience and real estate work, so I can offer personal, integrated attention aimed at protecting my clients’ interests.
I have 21 years of experience in domestic and international banking, including Citibank, Banesco, Credicorp Bank, Canal Bank and Banistmo, and international banking through Austrobank.
That work covers the analysis, structuring and management of financial transactions.
As a lawyer, I combine legal knowledge with financial experience to advise on legal and contractual matters and on transactions related to the purchase and sale of real estate.
My real estate license in Panama complements that path and lets me support clients in property decisions, weighing the legal, commercial and financial aspects of each transaction.
